Retavon Test is Retavon's demonstration business. Retavon staff and invited pilot users can get its service texts: appointment confirmations and changes, receipts, and payment links.

Inside Retavon

Staff can also add a person's mobile number in Retavon, with that person's agreement. The box for service texts starts unticked, and beside it are the words to tell them: texts about their orders and visits, message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Offers are a separate box, and no marketing is sent under this program.

Everyone who signs up gets a first text that says who it is from and how to stop: "Retavon: You're signed up for texts about your orders, deliveries and service visits. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out."
