Fees that are not in the license price

From Evosus's own terms. Retavon charges none of them: your processor is yours, and the API is part of every plan.

  • A payments minimum$250 every 30 days for Evosus Payments, waived only in a period when more than $30,000 goes through it by card or ACH 3.
  • Enterprise only, and approvedThe API is not available on Pro, costs $99 a month, and your developer must be approved for it 2.
  • 0.75% for using another processorAny payment made through the API that does not go through Evosus Payments is charged 0.75% of its total, tax and shipping included 4.
  • Selling online$100 a month, plus $1,999 to start 1.

Card processing, texting and your move

  • Your payment processorUse your own Stripe account, or the processor you already use, added when you ask. You pay the processor its rate; Retavon adds nothing to it and takes no percentage of your sales.
  • Texting and emailMessages go out on your own Twilio and Resend accounts, at their rates, so you pay for what you send and nothing more.
  • Moving overYour own ChatGPT or Claude runs the migration with Retavon's import tools at no charge, or our white-glove migration at $5,000 does the whole move for you. How switching works.

Questions

Is there a sign-up fee?

No. You pay the monthly price from the month you start.

Is there a contract?

Month to month. Your data is yours, and a full export, one file per table, is yours whenever you ask.

Are any features extra?

No. Every feature is in every plan.
