Questions from dealers
Does it handle pools as well as hot tubs?
Yes. Water testing covers hot tubs, swim spas and pools, with doses from your own rules, and chemicals, parts and accessories ring up at the counter for every customer.
What does it run on?
A web browser on a counter computer, a tablet or a phone, with nothing to install. Shared counter computers switch between staff by PIN.
Does it work across several stores?
Yes. Each store, and each service van, is a location with its own stock, and the owner's numbers compare stores side by side against the same weekdays last year.
How do I move my records over?
Export them from the system you use today and send them to us, or let your AI agent run the migration through Retavon's API. Either way, these come over: customers, their spas with serial numbers and warranties, your catalog, stock on hand, customers' water, house account balances, gift cards, store credit, and open orders with their deposits. Your own SKUs and customer numbers carry over.
What can AI agents do in it?
Any job a person can do on screen, with only the permissions you give the agent's key: follow up a quote, book a service visit, check what to reorder. Everything an agent does is in the audit trail beside your staff's work.
